Callout module
Callout modules are shared notes that you can re-use among multiple topics.
To create a callout module:
- In the header, click .
- From the Create list, under Misc Content Types, select Callout Module.
- Using the following table as a reference, complete the fields as needed.
- Complete your site's workflow and publish the asset.

| Field | Description |
| Internal Name | Enter an internal name for this asset. Brightspot uses this name internally, such as in the search panel and recent activity widget. This name is not visible to visitors to your site. |
| Type | Select one of the available types: Tip, Note, Caution, or Warning. renders each type differently on the front end. |
| Body | Use the rich-text editor to include text, lists, images, and links to other assets. Text in this field is visible to visitors to your site. For information about using the rich-text editor, see Rich-text editor. |
The information on this tab presents a graphical or tabular representation of this asset's analytics. For information about configuring analytics ingestion and presentation, see Brightspot Analytics and Google Analytics.
