Embedding an infobox in the rich-text editor

An infobox is a type of module that places a box around text you want to call out. Unlike a callout module, an infobox does not require that the user select a type for the call out (i.e., tip, note, important, or warning).

To embed an infobox in the rich-text editor:

  1. Place your cursor in the text where you would like the infobox to be placed.
  2. Click and select Infobox from the available choices.
  3. In the Edit Infobox pop-up, under the Infobox field, retain Inline if this is a one-off infobox (otherwise, select Shared and select an existing infobox, then skip to step 7).
  4. Under Text, enter the text that you want to highlight in the infobox.
  5. (Optional) Expand the Infobox Enhancement Styles cluster, and configure the following styles:
    • Preset — Select an existing preset for the infobox.
    • Choose enhancement alignment — Choose how the infobox is aligned.
    • Choose a background color — Select a color for the infobox background.
    • Use Text Colors — Select the text color for the text inside of the infobox.
    • Choose a border color — Select a border color for the infobox.
  6. Click Save & Close.
  7. Complete your site's workflow, and publish the containing asset where you created the infobox.
