Dashboard

The Dashboard is the landing page of the automation area. It answers "how are my automations doing?" at a glance: a row of metric cards summarizing the last 30 days, and a set of over-time charts. Nothing on the page is editable—it is a read-only summary of recent activity.

The page opens with Welcome, your name and a one-line summary heading.

Metric cards

The cards across the top all cover the same window: the last 30 days, compared against the 30 days before it. The small line under each value is that comparison—for example +12 from last month—and it is tinted green when the movement is the good direction for that card and red when it is not. For Avg. Execution Time, Cost, and Tokens Used, down is the good direction.

CardWhat it shows
Active AutomationsHow many automations were active, taken from the daily snapshot.
Automations TriggeredHow many runs were started by a trigger firing.
Avg. Execution TimeThe average time a run took, from start to finish, shown as minutes and seconds.
Success RateThe share of runs that finished successfully, as a percentage.
CostThe approximate cost of the AI work the runs did, in US dollars, calculated from the tokens they used.
Estimated SavingsThe dollar value of the manual work the runs replaced. Priced against the current savings rates every time the page loads, so a rate change is reflected immediately. See Savings Rates.
Tokens UsedThe number of tokens the AI work consumed—the count Cost is calculated from.

Cost is an estimate derived from token usage, not an invoice. Work an AI step ran on your own provider account is charged by that provider on their terms, so treat these figures as a guide to consumption rather than a statement of what you owe.

Estimated Savings is not shown at all when estimated savings are hidden or switched off.

Charts

Four chart cards sit below the metric cards, in two rows.

ChartWhat it plots
Automation Activity TrendRuns started, over time.
Execution HealthA donut splitting finished runs into Success and Failed, with a color legend beneath it.
Cost TrendEstimated AI cost, over time.
Token Usage TrendTokens used, over time.

Each card has its own period selector in its top-right corner—Today, Past 7 Days, Past 30 Days, Past 90 Days—and starts on Past 7 Days. Changing one card's period leaves the others as they are, so you can read a 90-day cost trend next to today's execution health. The metric cards above are unaffected; they are always the last 30 days.

Execution Health prints the window it used beneath the donut, and shows No executions yet when nothing has run in the period you picked.
