Enabling Preview to edit

Preview to edit can be enabled at the global, site, or user level.

To enable Preview to edit:

1. Do one of the following:

   To enable Preview to edit at the...	Start by...
   Global level	1. Click > Admin > Sites & Settings > Sites > Global. 2. Click , located to the left of , and type Preview to edit.
   Site level	1. Click > Admin > Sites & Settings. 2. In the Sites widget, select the site for which you want to enable this feature. 3. Click , located to the left of , and type Preview to edit.
   User level	1. Click > Admin > Users & Roles. 2. Search for an existing user and click to access the corresponding tool user edit page. 3. Under the CMS tab, expand UI.
   For yourself	1. In the header, click your username, then click Profile. 2. Under the CMS tab, expand UI.

2. In the Enable Preview to Edit list, select one of the following:

   • Enabled—Enables Preview to edit. This setting is on by default.
   • Disabled—Disables Preview to edit.

3. Click Save.

Once enabled, the Preview to Edit toggle is available at the top of the preview pane on the content edit page. Editors can toggle this feature on or off as needed.
