Navigation

Administrators perform this task.

Sites with user accounts traditionally contain links for logging in, logging out, registering, and managing profile settings.

This section describes an example of placing two user links (one for profile settings, one for logging in) in the site's header.

Procedure. To add navigation links for user accounts:
  1. As described in Profile pages, prepare a private profile page containing a form for the user's settings.

  2. From the Navigation Menu, select Sites & Settings.

  3. In the Sites widget, select the site to which you want to add user links. If you select the Global site, all sites include the links in their headers. The Edit Site or Edit Global widget appears.

  4. Under Page Defaults, expand Header.
