Editors perform this task.
Create your event in the Kaltura Management Console.
In the search panel, in the Create widget, select Live Video.
Click New. A content edit page appears.
In the Internal Name field, enter a name for this live video. (This name appears throughout Brightspot.)
From the Provider list, select Kaltura (ID).
In the Entry ID field, enter the ID of the live stream you created in step 1.
Under Headline, if necessary, enter a headline or overwrite the one imported from the video.
Complete the Sub Headline, Section, Package, and Tags fields as required.
Do one of the following:
Set a start and end time for the video player to be available on the page. The times you set should agree with the scheduled time of the live event.
Turn on Make Live to display the video player immediately.
Complete your site's workflow and publish the live video.
If your live video is configured correctly, Brightspot displays a confirmation image in the Thumbnail Preview field.
