Dashboard

The Ops Desk dashboard is your starting point for reviewing widgets of events and incidents, and for prioritizing your upcoming tasks.

Opening the dashboard

. To open the dashboard:
  • Click |mi-speed|.

Event widgets

The dashboard's left column lists events. The following illustration describes the components of each event widget.

Filtering a widget

Most Ops Desk widgets include familiar controls you can use to filter the entries. The following illustration shows the controls available for filtering the Events widget. The controls for other widgets are similar.

Exporting events, incidents, and instances

You can export events, incidents, and instances as a CSV file.

Procedure. To export events, incidents, or instances:
  1. Do one of the following:

    • Open the events listing by clicking |mi-timeline|.

    • Open the incidents listing by clicking |mi-notifications_none|.

    • Open the instances listing by clicking |mi-network_check|.

  2. In the top-right corner of the listing, click |mi-more_horiz|, and select Export Events, Export Incidents, or Export Instances.
