How to make a footer
  1. From the Navigation Menu, expand Admin, and select Sites & Settings.

  2. Select the site for which you want to configure a footer.

  3. Under Front-End, expand Layout.

  4. From the Footer list, select one of the following:

    • Inherit—Inherits the footer from the parent level in the content hierarchy. If you select this option, skip to step 15.

    • None—Removes a footer that may be inherited from the parent level. If you select this option, skip to step 15.

    • Set—Replaces the footer inherited from the parent level. A selection field appears.

  5. Click |mi-add_circle_outline|. A selection field appears.

  6. Click New Page Footer. A content edit page appears.

  7. In the Name field, enter a label Brightspot uses for the footer.

  8. From the Logo list, do the following:

    1. Select Select. A selection field appears..

    2. Click |mi-search|. In the content picker, select an existing logo or create a new one. You return to the Logo field.

  9. From the Navigation list, do the following:

    1. Select Select. A selection field appears..

    2. Click |mi-search|. In the content picker, select an existing navigation or create a new one. You return to the Navigation field.

  10. Under Contents, click |mi-add_circle_outline| and select the type of item you want to include as content. Fill out the form that appears. Repeat to include additional items.

  11. In the Copyright/Disclaimer field, enter text as required.

  12. Click Publish.

  13. Click Back. You return to the content picker.

  14. Select an existing footer or the footer you just created. You return to the Footer field.

  15. Click Save.
