Saving assignment searches

You can save criteria and filtering options to quickly repeat searches for assignments and pitches.

To save a search:

  1. In the left rail, create search criteria and filtering options (see the illustration Assignment Desk dashboard).
  2. Click Save Search. The Save Search widget appears.
  3. In the Name field, type a name for the search.
  4. Click Save.

The Save Search widget closes, and the saved search appears in the Saved Searches list.

Exporting assignment search results

You can export search results from the Assignment Desk dashboard and share them with editors and assignees.

Your browser downloads a CSV file that reflects the listing in the Assignment Desk dashboard. You can import the file into a spreadsheet application and share it through email or other apps.
