Visibility Labels

Visibility labels allow editors to define non-published states of objects. Visibility labels are used in conjunction with visibility-indexed fields, which control the visibility of objects. If a visibility-indexed field is set to a non-null value, then the object is hidden from a query for published objects. If the field is set to null, the query retrieves the object. When applied to a hidden object, a visibility label denotes a state of the non-published object. Multiple visibility labels can be defined to denote different non-published states of the object.
